Who we are

Atrivision operates in close cooperation with its clients and partners. We put effort into understanding your business and the goals you want to achieve. Our core values - professional responsibility, involvement and development - provide the fundamental foundations for superior project results. Atrivision practices what it preaches and is structured as a learning organisation. This is supported by intensive knowledge sharing, systematic project evaluation and active participation in networks. Atrivision employees take their professional development seriously and contribute proactive to the development of the organisation.

The initiators of Atrivision all have over 10 years of experience in the field of human resource development.

	Daan Assen: Daan is an experienced consultant, manager and entrepreneur in the combined field of HRD, technology and business. In 2001 he was one of the driving forces in the setup of Acadoo – The Network Academy. Later he became Director of Siennax Learning Services. 	Onno de Vries: Onno has international experience as (commercial) manager in ICT and e-learning. He worked as Director and Business Development Manager at IT and Learning companies. 	Robina van de Pol: Robina has broad experience in the set-up of corporate academies and training operations. She also developed training programs and competency frameworks. Organisation, management and process improvement are just some of her strengths. 	Mieke Posthumus: As of October 1st 2007 Mieke Posthumus, Msc is Associate Partner of Atrivison. Mieke has a broad experience in the field of learning. Mieke has a background in Educational science and was formerly head corporate learning Center van Rijkswaterstaat (Ministry of Water affairs). Mieke aims particularly at the organizing of learning. In this area she has wide experience with arranging Corporate Universities, Learned Organizations and Learning and Working routes.
