Who we are

Atrivision is a specialist in delivering integrated solutions for learning, talent and performance management in organisations. We base our services on a triune vision focused on the integration of organisation, human resource development and internet technology. Through this trinity we are able to deliver solutions that take employees and organisations beyond their current potential.

Our mission is: “helping organisations transform into learning organisations”. In order to survive in the knowledge economy the generation of sustainable competitive advantage is necessary. Therefore learning, knowledge productivity and talent development are critical processes. In a learning organisation these processes are at the core of the business and supported by effective tools.

Learning and innovation are in the heart of the Atrivision organisation as well;in partnership with the University of Twente we have established an HRD Innovation Center. Prof. Dr. Joseph Kessels operates as a scientific mentor for Atrivision.
